82% of people in Germany want a more restrictive migration policy, according to a survey commissioned by ZEIT. Over 90% want foreign criminals to be deported. At the same time, a large majority want to help refugees and people who are politically persecuted. This is a major dilemma.<\/p>\n
Effective measures must be taken to maintain social peace in Germany. It is clear that there will be no simple solutions because there are many conflicting aspects. But \"business as usual!\" is out of the question. If the majority of people do not feel that politicians are taking serious and considered action, they will lose the majority at some point.<\/p>\n
The CDU Kaarst-B\u00fcttgen forms an opinion on local political issues and is guided in this process by factual criteria and discussions with citizens in order to continue to fulfil our responsibility for our town and its citizens, especially as a people's party - for the benefit of our homeland.<\/p>\n
Based on this responsibility, the CDU Kaarst-B\u00fcttgen will continue not to leave any issues to the political fringes and will not co-operate with the relevant parties - this applies to the past, present and future - and will take the path towards solutions and the well-being of the town of Kaarst.<\/p>\n
The vast majority of foreigners are very welcome here, they have integrated, live with their families in our community and contribute to a colourful life with their actions and ideas. However, it is precisely these people who are worried that if Germany does not focus on a constructive and integrative migration policy, they will be discredited; this is why politicians must take precautions to ensure that the influx can be better controlled in future.<\/p>\n
Due to the recent horrific incidents in Magdeburg and Aschaffenburg, this discussion unfortunately coincides with the election campaign. How would the discussion have turned out if it had taken place six weeks earlier or later? Wouldn't the political centre have come together? Would they not have come together in a majority-orientated way and found a solution that the majority would have supported?<\/p>\n
We as the CDU Kaarst-B\u00fcttgen want an integrative, constructive and people-centred migration policy in order to be able to integrate the local people, to give them a new home and to be able to provide our municipal facilities, such as kindergartens, schools and clubs, as well as sufficient living space.<\/p>\n
The CDU Kaarst-B\u00fcttgen will continue to stand up for its convictions and orientate its policies towards the well-being of the town of Kaarst and the people who live here.
