Into 2026 with confidence
Around 300 guests accepted the invitation of the CDU Kaarst to the New Year's reception on 11 January 2026 and looked back together on an eventful and successful political year 2025.
The excellent result in the local elections and Christian Horn-Heinemann's return to the office of mayor underline the trust of the citizens in the political work of the CDU Kaarst.
A highlight of the evening was the speech by North Rhine-Westphalia's Minister of the Interior, Herbert Reul. With clear words, he provided impetus on the topics of security, reliability and social cohesion - topics that will continue to be a focus in Kaarst. The CDU Kaarst looks forward to the new year with confidence, responsibility and a clear will to shape the future. The dialogue with guests from politics, associations, business and the community shows that a lot can be achieved together: A lot can be achieved together - for a strong city and a good future.
