Construction site inspection confirms schedule and budget for our favourite project
We visited the construction site of Kaarst Catholic Primary School (KGS). The construction work is fully on budget and will be completed in mid-June 2026. We will hand over the building, including the new furniture, to the school at the start of the new school year.
The fact that we are here today is the result of over ten years of continuous political work by the CDU Kaarst. Despite necessary re-planning and the decision to completely redesign the project in the meantime, we have remained persistent. This perseverance is now paying off: In addition to additional classrooms, the extension offers a total of 350 OGS places, a modern Cook & Chill kitchen and a new cafeteria.
