Engaging in dialogue with people - this is also the aim of our Election party on the evening of the Bundestag election on 23 February 2025 achieved. The event was a complete success and we captured a few voices: CDU mayoral candidate for Kaarst Christian Horn-Heinemann, Elke Bong from the Women's UnionJU board member Sören Stenger, CDU constituency candidates Johannes Küppers, Sven Ladeck and Lars Witte as well as member of the Bundestag Ansgar Heveling have their say.
The CDU members report on the election campaign and are pleased about the Election success for the CDU and the high voter turnout. Ansgar Heveling comments on the economy and sees this as the absolute priority in politics. Board member of the Junge Union Sören Stenger rates the Election results from the perspective of the younger generation and looks to the future with confidence.
