Regiobahn GmbH has elected a new Chairman. At the Supervisory Board meeting on 18 December 2024, Mr Horn-Heinemann was unanimously elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board and will take over as Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. He replaces Mr Cöllen, who has performed this role with great commitment and foresight in recent years and, to the regret of all involved, has to step down for personal reasons. Mr Cöllen was honoured at the meeting for his services to the company.
Mr Horn-Heinemann, who is delegated by the City of Kaarst, has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 18 December 2013 and a member of the Economic Committee since 17 December 2020. His many years of experience on the Supervisory Board and his expertise in the field of economics make him ideally qualified for this responsible role. "I would like to thank the Supervisory Board for the trust they have placed in me and look forward to tackling future challenges together" declared Mr Horn-Heinemann after his election.
