On 13 January, the Kaarst fire brigade hosted its annual general meeting at the fire station in Büttgen.
On this evening, the fire brigade reported on topics such as youth and children's fire brigades, firefighting operations in 2023 and numerous other tasks.
Particularly impressive was the work with young people, as the FFW is growing despite the highly demanding voluntary work and the opposite trend in other areas of voluntary work. The work here is truly exemplary!
In their welcoming speeches, Inge Jakisch and Klaus Gerdes thanked the firefighters for their great commitment and confirmed the ongoing political support.
