CDU, because ....
I have found my political home in this party and I can best identify with its principles. In particular, the fundamental principles of the social market economy, the Christian view of humanity, the principle of subsidiarity, the principle of performance and the advocacy of a free and suitable Europe.
Motivation - Why volunteer:
It has always been important to me to change things, to shape things and to work for the common good.
Hobbies:
Sport, motorcycling, travelling and celebrating Rhenish traditions (carnival and Schützenfest)
What is particularly important to me:
- Promote and support community involvement. In my opinion, this creates the basis for social cohesion in Germany.
- Drive forward housing construction and the creation of living space. At the same time, a targeted and effective land management policy must be implemented so that room for manoeuvre is created and the further development of the district can take place.
- Supporting the strong and efficient local economy. District policy can set framework conditions to ensure the continued existence of the companies based here and create incentives for new companies to settle here. In concrete terms, I believe this means, for example, creating a resilient and effective infrastructure, as well as a sound financial policy that also takes the development of future generations into account.
What wish do you have for Kaarst?
It is my wish that our town of Kaarst remains a liveable and sustainable town that is based on the fundamental values of safety, order and tradition. At the same time, Kaarst should be a place where business can develop by creating an attractive environment for companies and where small and medium-sized enterprises can settle. At the same time, Kaarst should remain a family-friendly municipality. It should be ensured that Kaarst remains a town in which the citizens feel comfortable and secure.
